Multi-award winning disc jockey, DJ Sliqe, has returned with a brand new song “Intentions”, which features the sensational wonderkid, Blxckie. The renowned DJ made headlines last year when he was unveiled as the Head of Hip-Hop/R&B at Sony Music Entertainment South Africa.
Now donning his DJ hat, he connects with the immensely talented Bxckie, who handles vocal duties on the smooth cut “Intentions”. The song is an amalgamation of soulful house, with amapiano sensibilities but can also pass as an R&B record. Blxckie sings to his love interest, assuring them that his intentions are pure and that they should build a solid foundation. It is a song that adds to the growing canon of love songs helmed by Blxckie this year, considering his standout songs such “Hold” as well “Whoa” with Rowlene, off his debut album, B4NOW (Deluxe).
