Having released his latest searing single “Buyile” a month ago, Khuli Chana has returned with pristine visuals for the hip hop and amapiano hybrid song. The music video depicts a family affair, as Khuli Chana’s significant other Lamiez Holworthy co-stars in the music video, true to Khuli Chana’s line in the song, “I gave the hottest chick in the game sefane same…”
The two are seen driving into a hotel driveway, with Khuli going in the hotel to confirm arrangements for a party that will take place at the hotel later on. The rest of the star studded line up of artists, including Bloemfontein duo Stino le Thwenny, Lady Du and Tyler ICU, then start making their way to the hotel in different intervals. The video culminates in a celebration in the hotel reception area.
The Nic Roux produced video is a strong addition to Khuli’s cannon as it stamps his return and makes clear his intention to revamp himself as a yesteryear legend who is here to stay. The video also shows that Stino le Thwenny have assimilated into the life of flashing lights and cameras, making us anticipate what they have in store moving forward. The Lady Du scenes are fun and refreshing, making for a memorable video overall.
