Music is King announces their artist lineup

The international show Music is King recently announced its return and revealed two concerts in two cities this December.

Taking place in Johannesburg on 14 December at the Ticketpro Dome and Durban on 15 December 2019 at Kings Park Outer Fields, Music Is King is back to provide an experience in music, art and fashion during a two-day concert this summer.

The headline acts for this year’s experience in both cities is British musician and producer Tom Misch, alongside the Super Mega rapper AKA, and the multi-award winning international producer and DJ, Black Coffee.
The line-up also features BET Best International Act award winner and rapper Sjava, singer and songwriter Samthing Soweto, Gqom kings Distruction Boyz, future ghetto funk artist Moonchild Sanelly, amapiano duo Jazzi Disciples; and multi-talented DJ, producer, singer and songwriter Muzi. Hostess for both Johannesburg and Durban Shows is award winning rapper, Moozlie.

Committed to showcasing the various vessels music touches, Music is King will combine fashion trends, dance and urban art to create a lifestyle experience in Johannesburg and Durban with music threading it all together. In partnership with Red Bull, Music Is King has added a new element to the shows, a dance crew competition search. Two dance choreographers have been selected to search for the best dancer crew in Johannesburg and Durban to perform live on the Music Is King stage alongside some of these announced artists.
