Pdot O has released a single in which he raps from the perspective of Jabulani “HHP” Tsambo. Taking his life in 2018, Jabba had spoken publicly on his battle with depression in a few interviews, a recording of which was used in the outro of the track. The single is “giving listeners an idea of what could possibly have been going on during Jabba’s final 20 minutes before the Motswako rapper took his own life in October 2018.”
On a simple piano melody, and featuring Percy Mthunzi on vocals, the track speaks to a demon that HHP is being chased by, a figurative telling of the depression that Jabba suffered from. Check out the single below.
