Miami/NYC based brand Stray Rats continues to drive a cult following among those who identify with and celebrate an alternative and historical view of life. True to its grassroots vision since day one, and still very much led by artist and founder Julian Consuegra, the brand reflects Vans “Off The Wall” mindset in its subversive subcultural influences.
This fall, as part of the new Vault by Vans x Stray Rats collection, the brands have come together to reintroduce Vans classic silhouettes in three new colorways: The OG Old Skool NS LX in demitasse/bosphorus and raven/racing red, and the OG Era LX in Rio red and snorkel blue. The collection, available at Shelflife August 15, 2020, merges bold, bright colorways with darker muted tones, animal prints and elevated materials, representing Stray Rats’ untethered design approach.
