He’s back at it again. Last year saw Luna release a single every Monday off his Fresh Prince of Rustenburg mixtape and called it Mariachi Mondays. Wanting people to take their time with the music and experience it differently, he’s taken a similar approach with his new EP, Ten Times Better.
He released the first single “Energy” off the EP on May 29. Today he dropped “10am In Auckland Park” before the full EP drops next Friday. Continuing in the tradition of songs that began with Drake’s “9am in Dallas” and later “5am in Toronto”, there’s something about putting the city and time of day in the title that lets you know an artist is reaching into his introspective bag.
